Thank you to the residents who showed up for the annual meeting last night. We did not establish a quorum, so your board will remain as it is: Michele Wagner, Melissa Zveare, Quinton Doakes and Melissa Anderson Bye.

It was great to meet some of you for the first time in person. These connections and discussions are what will keep us moving in a positive direction for the community.

A friendly reminder that if you are making changes to your home or landscape, you need to submit for approval on the ARC form BEFORE you make the changes. This includes painting your home the original color. You can access the ARC form through this website under the “docs” link.

Also, if you need to replace your mailbox please take a moment and review the mailbox criteria under the ‘docs” tab.

Thank you,
Michele Wagner
HOA President

As you may have noticed, the juniper has been removed at the corners of Kenmore and Amherst. We will be replacing the juniper with sod (including irrigation) in hopes of making this area cleaner looking. Please try to avoid walking in these areas during this process.

Thank you so much!

Hello Austin Park!

On behalf of your HOA Board, I would like to discuss a matter that has been brought to our attention. We have received several complaints from residents about dog owners who are not picking up after their dogs.

First of all, I encourage you to talk to your neighbors directly if you have an issue with their pet. If that is unsuccessful, please contact Matt at BCM so he can take the necessary steps.

If you own a dog, please keep the following in mind:

1. Dogs must be on a leash when not on your property. If your dog escapes and is roaming the neighborhood and/or pooping on other people’s lawns, this is illegal and also against our community guidelines.

2. Allowing your dog to poop on property that doesn’t belong to you, including HOA common areas, and not disposing of it properly is a violation of our community guidelines.

3. Dogs should not be allowed to bark excessively for 30 minutes or more. Please be considerate and try to prevent your dog from barking early in the morning or late at night.

Thank you,
Michele Wagner
HOA President
